Pickup takes place at the hotel or designated pickup point selected when booking. Please check the voucher provided after your booking is confirmed for the exact pickup location and time.
If your accommodation is within the eligible pickup area, the guide comes to your accommodation address by minivan, wearing a company jacket so you can easily recognize them. Pickup takes place 0–30 minutes before the activity starts, and you will be dropped off at the same place afterwards.
