Highlights
Osaru Land & Anitown Nikko Saru Gundan Theater in Nikko, Tochigi, is a monkey entertainment park where you can watch monkey shows and interact with many animals. On the main stage, monkeys and humans put on dynamic and comical performances together. Anitown opened in summer 2022, so you can also meet penguins, capybaras, cats, dogs and rabbits. You can choose between the Passport, which lets you watch the main stage freely and visit Anitown, and the Osaru Land Show, which includes one main stage performance.

on the main stage
On the main stage, which seats up to 400 people, monkeys and humans perform together. Shows performed by the monkeys themselves, such as the "Monkey School" where cute monkeys dress up as students and take classes, are popular. All shows are performed in Japanese.
Meet a variety of animals in Anitown
In Anitown (Animal Town), capybaras, cats, penguins, dogs and rabbits live alongside the monkeys. With the Passport, you can use the Penguin Garden, the Sleeping Cat Kapi House and Animal Valley as many times as you like during your visit.
Choose from two ticket types
With the Passport, you can watch the main stage performances freely during your visit (except peak seasons) and also use the Anitown facilities. The Osaru Land Show includes one main stage performance. For both tickets, snacks and attractions cost extra.
※ During peak seasons (weekends and holidays during the March-April spring break, Golden Week from late April to early May, weekends, holidays and Obon from July to November, the year-end and New Year holidays from late December to early January, and days with reserved performances), the Passport also does not allow free viewing of the main stage.
※ Animal interactions and attractions may be suspended depending on the animals' condition.

From bus platform 3 at Kinugawa-Onsen Station, take the Tobu Bus "Nikko Edomura Line" and get off at the "Osaru no Gakko-mae" (Monkey School) bus stop. By car, use Imaichi IC on the Nikko-Utsunomiya Road. There is a parking lot on site.
