Hueplay Studio is a cosy space where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, enjoy art and share memories. Choose rug tufting, punch needle, After Dark Painting or art jamming when booking, then visit the studio on your chosen date and time to join the workshop.

Make a rug with a tufting gun

In the Rug N Tuft Workshop (4 hours), you use a specialised tufting gun that shoots a needle into the fabric up to 45 times a second. You can create various designs and patterns just by pulling the trigger. Up to 25 yarn colours, a 60 x 60 frame with 70 x 70 monk cloth and the tufting gun are provided.

Or choose punch needle or painting

In the Punch Needle Workshop (3 hours), you make a small piece with more than 20 yarn colours, a 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm cut of monk's cloth, a hoop and a punch needle. After Dark Painting (3 hours, daily 19:00–22:00) uses acrylic and phosphorescent paints on a 40 cm x 50 cm canvas, and Art Jamming (2.5 hours) uses acrylic paints on a 40 cm x 50 cm canvas or an A3 tote bag. Brushes, tools and aprons are provided.
