Ken and Rio both directed the show in a brilliant way, allowing for us to all understand the sumo context in further detail. Additionally, fighting one of the sumo wrestlers was a memorable experience.

It was amazing and very well organized. Best experience. I would do it again if I could!

Highlights

Watch a live show by skilled sumo wrestlers up close at a sumo club in Shinjuku or Shibuya, Tokyo. The wrestlers demonstrate traditional rituals, training moves and techniques before a live bout, while an English-speaking host explains the rules and traditions of sumo in an easy-to-follow way. A Q&A session lets you hear about their training and daily life. Guests selected by lottery can step into the ring to challenge a wrestler, and you can take photos with the wrestlers after the show.
