- Tokyo Metro Pass Validity: Exchangeable within 90 days from the purchase date. (The validity of the exchanged ticket is 6 months.)
- The pass is valid for 24/48/72 hours from the time of first use.
* The validity period of the ticket will be printed on the ticket upon first use or when passing through the ticket gate.
* Exchange is also possible at station offices of Tokyo Metro (excluding Kita-Senju Station on the Hibiya Line, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wakoshi, Shibuya Station on the Hanzomon Line/Fukutoshin Line, and Meguro Station). Please inquire with the station staff.
* If the station where you wish to start using the pass does not have a traveler's ticket machine, please inform the station attendant. They will guide you to a station with a traveler's ticket machine.
