The flight was extremely delayed. I waited at least an hour and boarded, and it was delayed another 30 minutes. The flight departed at 9:30, but it was supposed to arrive at 11:00 and was supposed to arrive at 22:30? 2:30, but it was delayed so much that I finally arrived and wow, they were already waiting for me. Of course, they didn't tell me, so it was really hard to find, and there were no pamphlets or anything, but they were really touching. The customer service center closed early, so it was a total disaster, but I was touched by the kind KKDAY customer service center and the company. I'm going to use kkday from now on... Since the customer service center is open at least 10:00, it's really great for people like me who take late flights. You never know when or where a natural disaster can happen... I made a reservation, and I was running around like crazy, and now I have to go find the customer service center and call them.
