The National Taiwan Museum was founded in 1908. Formerly known as the Taiwan Governor's Office Museum, it is the oldest extant museum in Taiwan and features a natural history collection. The Paleontology Museum was designated a Level 3 Historic Site by the Ministry of the Interior in 1991, and was reclassified as a Taipei City Historic Site in 1997. It now houses the Museum of Natural History and Financial History.

In 1998, the Nanmen Factory was designated a national historic site by the Ministry of the Interior, and in 2006, it was transferred from the National Property Bureau to the National Taiwan Museum, where it was incorporated into the Capital Museum Group System Plan. The site has been restored and reused as an exhibition hall.

The Railway Ministry's Historical Sites Exhibition features four themed exhibition halls, six digital guides, and 20 on-site dismantling surveys, showcasing the historical splendor and architectural features of the Railway Ministry and transporting visitors to the restoration site. How to use tickets

You can access all four museums with just one QR code, eliminating the need for tickets to each. Within one month of initial authentication, you can visit each of the four museums—the Main Building, the Museum of Paleontology, the Nanmen Building, and the National Taiwan Museum Park—once. Exchange your ticket at the ticket booth for a scan of your QR code by a staff member, or simply scan your QR code at the entrance for easy entry and access to all four exhibition spaces!
