It is a museum located in Yilan County, Taiwan, and was established from the Lanyang Plain. It is called the landmark of Yilan, and it gives the feeling that half of the building is submerged in water. 

It consists of a total of 4 floors, with various exhibitions on the themes of history and culture on the 1st floor, the sea on the 2nd floor, the plains on the 3rd floor, and the mountains on the 4th floor.
