How to redeem your pass
The Seibu one-day pass purchased from WAUG can be exchanged at the Ikebukuro Seibu Tourist Information Center. The Tourist Information Center is located on the first floor and can be easily found by entering the department store building directly from the east exit of Ikebukuro Station.
