What to Remember
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- This product can only be used by the person in question (please indicate your name on the free pass ticket).
- Please use the manned ticket gate. The station staff will stamp and confirm the free pass recommendation.
- When passing through the ticket gate, please present your Hakone Kamakura Free Pass so that the station staff can tell you the expiration date.
- Be sure to bring your passport to verify your identity and present it to station staff when requested.
- If you exceed the designated section, you must pay the excess fare for that section.
- This pass does not include the cost of the Romancecar (Odakyu Line limited express train).
- If you are using the Romancecar, please purchase a limited express ticket (reserved seat).
- After the trip is over, if you no longer use the Free Pass, the station staff will collect the Free Pass. (The pass will be collected at the station where use ended.)
- Transportation may be suspended due to bad weather.
- You can unlimited rides on all Odakyu Line routes for 3 days.
- Pass refunds are not possible at the local exchange information counter.
- The validity period lasts for 3 days from the designated start date of use, and is subject to the operation end time of each means of transportation, regardless of the time of boarding.
