What to RememberWhat to Remember

  • Each bag must weigh no more than 32 kg (71 lbs).
  • The operator can refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, and no refunds will be given in this case.
  • Each piece of luggage must not exceed 32 inches in size, with a combined length and width of 180 cm.
  • Luggage can include suitcases, cartons, backpacks, or briefcases.
  • If your luggage doesn’t meet legal requirements, it will be refused, and you will be responsible for any losses or legal issues
  • Please keep your passport, flight documents, and other important items with you.
  • Luggage insurance covers costs from delay, loss, and damage, but does not cover handle or wheel damage, or costs for accommodations or airfare.
  • Additional bags not included in the original order will incur extra charges on your credit card.
  • If delivery is delayed, LuggAgent will send your luggage to the designated address via FedEx or DHL at no extra cost.
  • Refer to your confirmation letter for luggage delivery to/from the airport.
  • Depending on the situation, an emergency processing fee of US$25 will be charged if changes to reservations are available.
  • If there are any additional bags collected, the customer will be charged by LuggAgent directly via online payment method.
Hotel to Airport 
  • Allot at least 120 minutes before the flight departure as delivery time.
  • When checking out from the hotel, leave your luggage at the front desk and inform the hotel that LuggAgent will pick it up. Take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before you leave.
  • If the driver arrived at the hotel but is unable to receive the luggage nor contact the customer through the front desk or any SNS. LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
Airport to Hotel
  • Considering factors such as flight delays, border quarantine measures, and clearance time, it is recommended that customers book the collection time at least two hours after the flight lands to avoid additional charges.
  • A 30-minute grace period or free waiting policy is available. After 30 minutes if the agent is unable to receive the luggage nor contact the customer, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
  • For hotel luggage delivery, the hotel concierge may handle collection and delivery.
  • Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete, and the operator has no further responsibility.
  • Check your luggage upon pick up and take a photo if there are any issues, then contact customer service. 
Hotel to Hotel
  • Customers are unable to select pick-up and delivery times for hotel-to-hotel service.
  • Luggage collection time at the hotel is available until 11:00 AM. Delivery to the next hotel will be completed on before 09:00 PM.

Cancellation and Refund

Order cancellation will be subject to a US$10 handling fee.
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
