The restaurant&#39;s atmosphere was wonderful, and the course menu changed seasonally. When I visited, I had Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, cocoa butter-grilled beef, and a dessert of shiso jelly and yuzu cream. The staff were also very friendly. Even for a foreigner who struggled with Japanese, they explained things naturally in English, and I appreciated the detailed explanations of the ingredients and purpose of each dish.
