20% deduction for cancellations made 20-29 days before the tour start date.
30% deduction for cancellations made 7-19 days before the tour start date.
50% deduction for cancellations made 4-6 days before the tour start date.
No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of the tour start date or on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation and refund requests are processed only during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
