If notified up to 8 days prior to the start of the trip (~8): Full refund of the tour price.
If notified up to 3 days prior to the start of the trip (7~3): Refund after deducting 30% from the tour price.
If notified up to 1 day prior to the start of the trip (2~1): Refund after deducting 50% from the tour price.
If notified within 24 hours of the trip start time: No refund of the tour price.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
