I had a great time at Nara Park. You can also exchange at the place where you purchase Kintetsu rail tickets. (It's a bit far from Namba Station, but it's underground at the intersection toward Dotonbori on the main road from Namba Station.) I've attached the photos in the order of the route.

I've only ever used JR before, so this was my first time using Kintetsu. The voucher arrived immediately after purchase, so you can use it right away via QR code just by registering it... There's no need to show your passport or exchange it once you get to Japan lol. I used it well on my trip to Mie Prefecture.
