The guide is very friendly and professional. I gave a tip of 4 dollars, but the travel agency should eat a bit of insults 1. I stopped by 3 souvenir shops (like a partner company) 2. I wish they could give me a choice for a lunch restaurant (after the tour, it seems like all travel agencies go to a restaurant, but they don't eat because of the smell or hygiene) 3. No notice of additional course (additional charge to go to Hai Van Pass, additional charge to go to Thien Mu Temple) 4. Time table different from product description: Arrive at hotel at 7 o'clock Last but not least, this is personally inconvenient, but there are only locals and Chinese on the bus. Still, it's a very meaningful and memorable tour, so it's worth a try despite the inconvenience and shortcomings.
