The 1-day ticket operates on a 24-hour basis, so if you first use it at 3 PM today, you can continue to use it until 2:59 PM tomorrow! Similarly, 2- and 3-day tickets are valid for 48 and 72 hours, respectively. Remember the first time you use it and make the most of it until the end!

Do I need to specify a travel date?
Yes! Please book for the date you want to take the bus. However, if your schedule changes and you need to change the date of your ticket, please let us know at least 72 hours before the tour (4 business days before WAUG's business days) and we can change the ticket date within the validity period.

Print the voucher sent to your email or use the mobile voucher.
Present the voucher at the stop to exchange it for a physical ticket.
The date selected at the time of booking is the tour start date.
For the 2/3-day pass, you must book with the first date you plan to use it.

How to Use the Walking Tour:
The download code is provided on the printed ticket receipt you receive when exchanging your ticket, and on the seat back of the front seat when boarding the Big Bus.
Download the POPGuide app, activate the code on your ticket receipt/seat back, and enjoy your chosen walking tour.
Guided Languages: English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Russian provided.
