How to exchange JR Kansai Pass

If you purchased the JR Kansai Pass from WAUG, you must exchange it for a ticket that you can actually use.

The exchange location is at the vending machine located on the way to the airport railway when you arrive at Kansai Airport. (Green automatic ticket vending machine)

Korean language support is available on the ticket machine, so it's not difficult to exchange. 

1. Select Receive reserved ticket at the top
2. Select Exchange Order
3. Scan the QR code on the WAUG voucher
4. Scan the date you want to start using the pass and your passport information
5. Receive ticket

Anyone can easily receive the JR Kansai Pass by following these steps. 

*Want to reserve a Haruka reserved seat? Insert the exchanged ticket into the ticket insertion slot labeled Ticket commuter pass and press the reserved seat ticket button to make a reservation.
 

Learn how to exchange Kyoto Municipal Subway, Keihan Railway, and Hankyu Railway

First, when you exchange your Kansai Pass for a physical ticket, you will also receive exchange tickets for the Kyoto Municipal Subway, Keihan Railway, and Hankyu Railway. You must exchange the received exchange tickets for physical tickets again at each exchange location! 
You can exchange each for a 1-day ticket, and exchange and use are possible within the validity period of the purchased Kansai Pass.

• Kyoto Municipal Subway: City Bus/Subway Information Center (Uzumasa Tenjingawa, Kyoto Station, Kotochika Kyoto, Kitaoji Station, Karasuma Oike Station), Kyoto Welcome Center (in front of Kyoto Station), station office of Kyoto Municipal Subway Station
• Keihan Railway: Sanjo Station, Tofukuji Station, Uji Station (exchange not possible during 12:35-15:10, 19:30-21:30, 22:0-22:40)
• Hankyu Railway: Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka/Umeda, Hankyu Kyoto Tourist Information Center, Hankyu Kyoto Tourist Information Center Karasuma

Ride the Haruka Limited Express train with the JR Kansai Pass
