I used Namba -> Kansai Airport. The ticket redemption location was changed to the info next to the ticket gate, probably due to the corona effect. You can use Rapi:t's dedicated gate 9, and in Japan, you can also buy Ekiben from Rapi:t and eat it as a measure to mitigate corona. Only a mask after eating Wear it again. No problem. If you go to Nankai Station Takashimaya Department Store Food Hall and buy it, there are various types, and even if you buy bread or gyoza, you can have a great meal.

Your mobile voucher will be issued via the WAUG app or email
You must access the link provided within your PDF voucher to separately book your boarding schedule.
Scan the QR code activated on the day of use to board (Screenshots are not accepted)
The QR CODE will be displayed from 4:00 AM on the day of boarding. Due to weekly web maintenance every Tuesday, it will be visible after 4:30 AM.
Validity Period: Valid for 30 days starting from the day after purchase (unrelated to the designated WAUG date)

How to use when purchasing multiple tickets
Once the seat selection is completed, the QR codes for the number of passengers will be displayed. Swipe and display each QR code one by one, and have each person pass through the ticket gate sequentially.
※ Tickets cannot be distributed to companions, so please use them on the mobile device of the main representative traveler.

Tickets that have experienced this error even once cannot be restored on the Nankai seat reservation system. Accordingly, refunds will either be processed after deducting fees according to policy, or (after use has commenced) no refunds will be available. Please make sure to check this in advance.
