Take a minivan from Levi
to the husky sledding site
Meet in the parking lot in front of Burger King Levi and ride a black minivan for about 10 minutes. When you arrive at the activity site about 10km from Levi, your guide and the Siberian and Alaskan huskies will welcome you. Say hello to the huskies and take a few selfies, then listen to a safety briefing and get ready for the sled.
Ride 2km across a frozen lake and snowy forest
Guided by a professional musher, ride the husky sled across a frozen lake and through snowy forest for about 2km. After the ride, spend time taking photos with the huskies, and your guide will help you take souvenir photos.
Meet husky puppies and reindeer
After the ride, play with and cuddle 6-month-old husky puppies and take photos. You can also see reindeer up close at the nearby reindeer habitat and take pictures.
Warm up with hot drinks in the kota
When you get cold, take a break in a traditional Finnish hut (kota) with a campfire and enjoy hot drinks and cookies. Ask your guide any questions, then ride the minivan back to Burger King Levi.
