From the Levi Tourist Office, travel by vehicle for about 10 minutes to a peaceful reindeer camp. A local herder welcomes you and introduces the reindeer. You'll learn what reindeer mean in Lapland and the traditional ways herders work with them.

Ride a 600 m reindeer sleigh along the snowy forest trail

After a short introduction, take your seat in the sleigh under warm reindeer fur. Pulled by a calm reindeer, you'll glide quietly between snow-covered firs under the Arctic sky. It's a moment to slow down and fully take in the stillness of Arctic nature.

Hear reindeer stories by the tipi fire

Back at the camp, warm up with a hot drink by the fire inside a Lappish tipi. Your host shares stories about reindeer life in the Arctic Circle, past and present, and how the Sámi call their reindeer. After the experience, return to the Levi Tourist Office by vehicle.
