4-course meal with a local chef
This is an evening cooking class held in a small group at Le Foodist, a cooking school in Paris's 5th arrondissement. Under the careful guidance of the cooking instructor, you plan a 4-course menu and prepare dinner together. The class is taught in English.
While cooking, you learn traditional French cooking techniques and about the traditions and flavors that made French cuisine world-famous. Thanks to the small class size, you can get individual explanations and help from the instructor.
Enjoy your homemade 4-course dinner with French wine
After cooking, sit down at a cozy table with the chef and your fellow participants to enjoy the 4-course dinner you made. Taste a variety of selected French wines and one cheese, and learn how to pair wine with food. You can enjoy about half a bottle of wine per person.
Start with shopping on the market visit option
If you choose the approximately 6-hour "Evening Cooking Class & Market Visit" option, you start by visiting a food market in the Latin Quarter to buy ingredients for dinner yourself. The "Without Market Visit" option includes only the cooking class and dinner for about 4.5 hours.
