Receive the storage location by email after booking
After booking, you will receive a separate confirmation email with the exact storage location. It is sent immediately or within 10 minutes, and the storage point is always at or very close to the location stated in the option.
Show your confirmation email or ID to drop off and collect your bags
Go to the storage point during opening hours and show your ID or confirmation email to the staff, and they will keep your bags safe for the day. To collect your bags, return to the same location within opening hours and show your ID or email.
