Depart from Hanoi or Ha Long
and cruise Ha Long Bay for a day

With the Hanoi round-trip transfer option, you are picked up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 7:30 and 8:15 AM and travel to Ha Long on the new expressway with a short rest stop. If time allows, you visit a local pearl farm before boarding. If you are staying in Ha Long, meet your guide at Tuan Chau International Marina between 11:30 and 11:45 AM.

An English and Vietnamese-speaking guide accompanies you, and Ha Long Bay entrance fees and lunch are included. The Ha Long option ends at Tuan Chau Marina around 6:00 PM, and the Hanoi option ends in Hanoi around 8:30-9:00 PM.

After boarding at Tuan Chau Marina, enjoy a set lunch of local Vietnamese dishes on board. Seafood, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on request.

The cruise sails among limestone islands and passes Hon Cho Da and Hon Ga Choi, the famous symbols of Ha Long Bay.

Walk through Sung Sot Cave
and kayak or ride a bamboo boat at Luon Cave

Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave is one of Ha Long Bay's best-known caves, famous for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. You walk for about 40-60 minutes with your guide, including stairs; guests with limited mobility can rest on the boat.

At Luon Cave, choose between a two-person kayak, a bamboo boat for 10-12 people, or relaxing on board. Speedboats are optional and not included; if you choose one, an extra fee is charged on site.

Swim at Ti Top Island
and end with afternoon tea on board

On Ti Top Island, enjoy free time to swim or relax on the beach, or hike to the top for panoramic views of the bay. Boats cannot stay at the island, so the boat leaves after dropping guests off and returns at the scheduled time. Please follow your guide's instructions and return to the pier on time.

On the way back to the port, relax with afternoon tea on board with tea, local wine, cookies, French fries and fresh fruit.

Please arrive by 11:30 AM. Wait at Milano Coffee next to the large black wooden Laughing Buddha statue, and your guide will meet you there between 11:30 and 11:45 AM. This option does not include hotel pickup or transfers from Hanoi, so please make your own way to the marina.

Meeting point info:
Pickup takes place at the hotel or designated pickup point you selected when booking. Please check the voucher provided after confirmation for the exact pickup location and time. Since July 1, 2026, local authorities have restricted bus access to many streets in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 6:00 and 9:00 AM. If your hotel is in a restricted area or on a narrow street, you will be directed to a nearby meeting point, usually a 2-10 minute walk away. If you are staying outside the Old Quarter, please come to 2 Co Tan Street (first pickup at 7:25 AM) or 160 Tran Quang Khai Street (last pickup 8:00-8:15 AM; please arrive by 8:00 AM). The bus cannot wait for late arrivals.

End of tour:
The Tuan Chau Marina option ends at the marina around 6:00 PM, and the Hanoi round-trip transfer option ends in Hanoi around 8:30-9:00 PM (depending on traffic). From Friday to Sunday, you may be dropped off near your hotel due to pedestrian streets.
