After pickup from your East Bank accommodation in an air-conditioned vehicle, your tour begins with an Egyptologist guide. The sites you visit depend on the option you book: a full-day tour of both banks or a half-day tour focused on one side. If you are staying on the West Bank, you will meet at the El Mesala Hotel.

Discover the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut on the West Bank

In the Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of pharaohs such as Ramesses III, Ramesses VI and Merenptah, you will visit three royal tombs (about 2 hours). Then visit the mortuary temple built to honor Hatshepsut, the female pharaoh who ruled Egypt for 20 years (about 1 hour), and see the Colossi of Memnon at the site of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III (about 30 minutes).

Midway through the tour, take a break for lunch at a local restaurant (about 1 hour). Drinks with lunch are paid separately.

Visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the East Bank

On the East Bank, visit the vast temple complex of Karnak and Luxor Temple in the city center (about 1 hour each). If you like, you can add a felucca ride on the Nile (about 1 hour) or a visit to the Tomb of Tutankhamun as an add-on.
