Luxor West Bank Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride over Ancient Sites - Flight Certificate

Early morning pickup
and transfer to the West Bank launch site

Get picked up early in the morning from your hotel or cruise ship in central Luxor and travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the balloon launch site on the West Bank of the Nile. On arrival, listen to a thorough safety briefing, then climb into the sturdy basket with your pilot and a few other passengers.

Look down on Luxor's temples from the sky

Once airborne, fly for about 30 minutes, weather permitting. Admire the temples and monuments as the sun lights them up, including Karnak Temple and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. If the wind is favorable, drift over the Ramesseum and look down on its columns, statues and courtyards.

Receive your flight certificate and return

A ground support van and crew follow the balloon during the flight and meet you at the landing site. After a safe landing, receive your personal flight certificate and return by vehicle to your hotel or cruise ship in Luxor, in time for breakfast and morning tour departures.
