This was, without a doubt, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. As you can see in the photos, you can see and observe whale sharks incredibly close—literally within arm’s reach. Seeing them in person was so much more mysterious, amazing, and awe-inspiring than anything I had seen in photos or videos. The ocean itself was also such a beautiful color, and the whole experience was truly unforgettable. Theo and Fuka were incredibly kind and friendly guides. They explained the entire snorkeling process clearly and thoroughly, and even gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations about Okinawa, including places to visit and local food. They also took so many great photos and videos for us, giving us wonderful memories to look back on and making sure we would never forget this experience. This was definitely one of the most special experiences you can have in Okinawa. I highly, highly recommend it!!!

Had the pleasure of meeting Théo and his wife today. I'm based in England and had no issues communicating with them at all their English is excellent. The trip was absolutely amazing and truly a once in a lifetime experience. Swimming with the whale shark was incredible, and you really do get within metres of the 22-foot shark. They also film the entire experience for you, so there's no need to worry about trying to take photos or videos yourself. You can just take in and enjoy every moment. An unbelievable experience my friends back home are extremely jealous! Brilliant company and fantastic tour guides. I couldn't recommend them enough. All the best, Jack

Esperienza carina! Gli istruttori sono stati davvero gentili, disponibili e professionali, sempre attenti e pronti ad aiutare: per questo merita 5 stelle. Vengono anche realizzati foto e video dalla guida, un bel ricordo dell’esperienza. Un consiglio per chi prenota: la nuotata con lo squalo balena dura circa 20/30 minuti e lo squalo si trova all’interno di una rete in mare, un aspetto importante da conoscere prima di scegliere questa esperienza.

Get a safety briefing in Yomitan
and head out by speedboat

Meet your guide at the meeting point for a safety briefing and introduction to the activity of about 30 minutes. Put on your snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins) and life jacket, then board a speedboat for a ride of about 10 minutes to the snorkeling spot while enjoying the ocean views.

Swim in the sea with whale sharks

On arrival, your guide explains how to enter the water safely and how to approach the whale sharks with respect for the marine environment. Snorkel for about 30 minutes and observe whale sharks, known as the largest fish in the world, from just a few meters away.

See tropical fish and keep the moment in photos and videos

Your guide stays close by throughout to keep you safe, and you can also spot colorful tropical fish and other marine life. Photos and videos taken during the experience are provided. After snorkeling, return by speedboat for about 10 minutes and the tour ends at Top Marine.
