Our guide Chris was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable with information. Communicated clearly, was super friendly, told us the best spots for pictures and made sure we made the best of our experience. Moraine lake was absolutely stunning after climbing the rock pile and taking some pictures we then went to Lake Louise where I proposed to my girlfriend. Lake Moraine and lake Louise are MUST Visits! Thank you very much for our experience!

the Lakes are spectacular. the trip was totally worry it. transportation was fine although minibus could have been cleaner. Chris our driver and guide was great! very attentive, professional, explained everything and made sure everyone was comfortable and had a good time

One of the best half-day tours we’ve ever had. Edward, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. He even suggested other places worth visiting. He was upbeat, friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the tour even more enjoyable. He also thoughfully provided us with some treats and water. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommended.

This half-day shuttle tour departs from Banff or Canmore and takes you to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, the most iconic lakes in Banff National Park. Sit back and enjoy the Rocky Mountain scenery without worrying about parking or road restrictions. Your driver shares photo spots and local tips, and you have free time at each lake to walk around and take photos. The national park pass is included, and you can choose between a morning and an afternoon departure.

Program

Depart from Banff or Canmore
and drive through the Rockies

Board an air-conditioned vehicle at the Canmore Visitor Centre (7:40 AM or 2:00 PM) or the Banff Caribou Lodge (8:00 AM or 2:20 PM). On the way, pass scenery such as Cascade Mountain, the Vermilion Lakes and Castle Mountain, while your driver shares useful local tips and photo spots.

Stroll along the shore of Lake Louise

Spend about 1 hour 15 minutes at Lake Louise, walking along the shore and taking photos. You can also see the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on the lakeshore.

Moraine Lake in summer, Johnston Canyon in winter

From June 1 to October 11, enjoy about 1.5 hours of free time at Moraine Lake. From October 12 to May 31, the tour visits Johnston Canyon for about 1.5 hours instead of Moraine Lake. After the tour, you return to your departure point.
