Quite the experience. Very enjoyable but very busy as you would expect. As a first time visitor it was Difficult to get to correct point for redeeming ticket as no one seemed to know where to go. Eventually found a senior employee who was more helpful.

Watch the Rangeland Derby chuckwagon races, a tradition since 1923, the First Nations relay races, and the Grandstand Show with singing, dancing, and acrobatics, all in one evening. Program

Watch the Calgary Stampede Evening Show
every night at 7:30 PM

The Evening Show is the Calgary Stampede’s signature night performance, featuring the Rangeland Derby chuckwagon races followed by the Grandstand Show. Your ticket includes Stampede Park admission on the day of the event, and you watch from the seating section of your booked option (Level 2, Level 5, Level 7, Clubhouse, and more).

Enjoy the Rangeland Derby
chuckwagon races live

At the Rangeland Derby, the heart of the Stampede since 1923, 27 chuckwagon drivers and their horse teams race around the track. Feel the Western tradition and the thrill of the race up close.

Keep the excitement going
with the First Nations relay races

Once the last wagon crosses the finish line, the First Nations relay racing teams of North America take the track. Bareback riders switch horses and race around the track at top speed.

End the night with the Grandstand Show
and fireworks

Wrap up the evening with the outdoor Grandstand Show featuring singing, dancing, and acrobatics, followed by a fireworks finale lighting up the night sky.

※ Food and drinks and ride and game tickets are not included.
※ To enter Stampede Park on a day other than your event day, you must pay the gate admission separately.
