Our tasting tour of the new Sydney Fish market was fantastic. Jane was a great guide (and the other guides very welcoming at the meeting hub). We were exposed to a nice balance of information about the history of the area, fish market, current operations and seafood available alongside a number of tastings. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The guides were friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. We started in the auction hall. And learned how the sales work. Then we zigzagged around the market sampling all sorts of produce, and hearing about the source of the produce and how it is prepared. The guides were well prepared to handle different tastes of the participants and our messy fingers. A great morning.
