Florence Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class with Unlimited Wine

Clive, Peter and the team were fantastic. The whole experience was very professional, well organised and great fun. Clive’s professional chef skills and passion shone through giving a great knowledge and understanding of the steps required to make 2 pasta dishes and a tiramisu dessert. Whilst we worked as a team, everything you made was served individually to you. We were also provided with apéritif’s and free flowing Prosecco and still wine. Peter (Sioux chef) brought great energy and enthusiasm to the evening. A fun night, great food, company learning new skills highly recommended.

This was THE HIGHLIGHT of my trip to Italy. It was so much fun. I am looking forward to trying out the recipes and making pasta when I get home. The demonstrations were easy to understand and a lot of fun. we were able to stop and have wine (or water) whilst making our tiramisu and pasta. the pasta was cooked for us, and sauces added. There was a tutor there to help us through any issues and advise us on correcting any errors. I would highly recommend this class!
