I really wanted to try at least one cooking class in Rome, so I booked one, and it was so much fun! The chef explained everything from kneading the dough to making the sauce, making it easy to follow. I was with two British friends, and pairing our pasta with wine really made me feel like a local in Rome. The atmosphere was warm, and even though I was alone, I didn't feel awkward at all! I highly recommend it!
