You definitely have to go. It is on the pricier side, but the scale and food are incredible. There is a museum and various things to see on the second floor, so make sure to check it out. It is even better if you take your parents along.

To be honest, since the focus was on the performance, I didn't expect much from the food, but the quality of the dishes was much better than I thought, making it the best value for money. Authentic Chinese imperial dishes, including Peking duck, that are hard to find elsewhere were served continuously in a course menu. The spices weren't overpowering and the flavors were clean, so even with my picky palate, I finished every last bite. 😋
