Introduction to the 4-Course Greek Meal

MEZZE:
Begin your meal with a traditional Greek sharing mezze served at the center of your table. Accompanied by freshly baked bread, flavorful dips, and savory olives, it’s the perfect light start to awaken your palate. Designed for sharing, it sets a relaxed tone for the meal.

STARTERS:
Enjoy a classic Greek salad featuring fresh heritage tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and onions, drizzled with olive oil. Fresh basil leaves add a refreshing zest. Vegan guests will receive a salad with vegan feta. This is complemented by spanakopita, a filo pastry layered with feta cheese and spinach. Vegan guests will be served traditional Greek dolmades, filled with herbs and rice.

MAINS:
Your main course will be served as a sharing platter for the table. Enjoy slow-cooked lamb stifado infused with herbs and wine, and tender beef, accompanied by roasted baby potatoes with garlic, Greek vegetable dish briam, and a red wine sauce. Vegetarian and vegan guests will be served Moussaka, a hearty dish made with potatoes and eggplant, offering a rich and satisfying flavor.

DESSERTS:
Conclude your meal with a selection of traditional Greek desserts, 'Poikilia Glyka'. Enjoy the show from select tables accommodating up to 6, 5, 4, or 2 guests. Tier C seats offer the most restricted views due to large pillars and the 'Mamma Mia! The Party' set structure. These are located in the South Balcony, South Terrace (Upper & Lower), and the Beach Bar area.

Depending on the number of guests, Tier A customers will be seated in the 1st Floor Courtyard, North & South Terraces, West Terrace (Upper & Lower), or high-top tables in the Beach Bar area.
