* In cases where the customer cannot use the service due to the seller's error or omission, the customer has the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement.
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
* However, the seller is not obligated to fulfill such refunds if the seller can resolve the customer's inability to use the service within 10 days of the customer notifying the seller of the issue.
* The customer agrees to cooperate with the seller's efforts to resolve such issues, and acknowledges that the seller is not obligated to fulfill refunds if the customer refuses or fails to cooperate.
* Each data package provided by the seller has its own validity period, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining data upon expiration of the respective validity period.
* Once the customer installs the eSIM, it is considered used. Refunds will not be provided after installation, except as explicitly stated.
