Refunds are available only within 7 days of the purchase date.
However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.
Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to the device being used, lack of settings, or temporary communication failure, rather than a product issue. Therefore, processing will only be done after consultation through the customer center (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and approval.
Refunds requested after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.
