Bangkok: Airport Pickup & Drop-off Service

• You will receive a mobile voucher via email.
• On the day of your service, please be at the specified location and time, and look for your name in English.
• The voucher is valid on the selected date and time only.

For Airport Pickups:

• Make sure to enter your arrival flight number and exact landing time when booking.
• At the airport, look for a name board displaying the English name used during booking.
• Suvarnabhumi Airport: Meet your driver between Exit Gates 3 and 4 inside the terminal, near the barrier with name signs displayed. View photo of meeting point
• Don Mueang Airport: Head to Exit 11 for domestic flights or Exit 5 for international flights. View photo of meeting point
• Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands.

For Hotel Pickups:

• Please provide the full English name of your hotel and your pickup time.
• Use the hotel’s Google Maps address when entering location details.
• Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

For Pickups at Other Locations:

• Enter the exact address and time based on Google Maps.
• If possible, choose a well-known building or landmark nearby to make it easier for your driver to find you.

Must check if there is a cancellation fee (fee determined by the company)
*100% refund possible if cancelled up to 72 hours before the service use date
*No refund possible from 72 hours to the same day of service use

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
