I got lost a little while asking for photos of the waiting area at the airport, met the staff, waited for the car for 5 minutes, arrived safely at the hotel without paying any other expenses, dropped off my luggage in front of the hotel, and parted. Wow, it's so scary that a company with no countermeasures and poor customer service is doing business like this. I looked for a pickup driver at the Bangkok airport for an hour but he wasn't there, and my name wasn't on the list, so after struggling for an hour, I ended up taking a taxi. I tried to consult with him locally, but it was not business hours, so I couldn't contact the customer service representative or anyone else. I requested a refund, but Wag just claimed that it was a no-show and told me to contact the company directly (the company even allowed me to talk in English via KakaoTalk). The company couldn't help me, so I told them to talk to Wag. ㅋㅋㅋ When I asked the Wag customer service representative why I was the victim, they said I wasn't the victim. They said they thought I was the victim. What nonsense ㅋㅋㅋ Everyone, please don't get scammed and use Klook instead of Wag. And Grab taxis are good and easy to catch, so don't make a pickup reservation and take a taxi. After struggling for more than an hour and calling a taxi, I got one right away and barely made it to my accommodation. And I think there are several reviews with the same name as the part-timer or employee above, but there are still 7 reviews ㅋ There's a reason there are no reviews. Don't use the service.
