Meeting Point:
The meeting will be held in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at.
* If staying at Dusit Beach Resort, pick-up from the G-floor lobby of Dusit Thani Guam Resort
* If staying at Leo Palace Resort, pick-up from Guam Plaza lobby
* Free pick-up is available when a minimum of 2 people make a reservation, but if only 1 person participates, please change to using your own car and come directly to the Bikini Island Club House .

* Please refer to the voucher for detailed meeting time. Please come out and wait at least 10 minutes before the meeting time.
* Pickup is available once a day (until March 31st) and twice (from April 1st).

• Free pick-up is available when making a reservation for at least 2 people, but if only 1 person is participating, please change to using your own vehicle and coming directly to the Bikini Club.
• If you use a pick-up vehicle, it will take approximately 4.5 hours, including tour time and round trip to the hotel. As this may cause some inconvenience, we recommend that you visit by rental car.
• If traveling directly, please select your arrival time at Bikini Island Club. (9:50 a.m. / 11:50 a.m.)
• You can bring snacks, and you can use the restaurant in the clubhouse separately. (Hamburgers, cup noodles, etc.)
• Please check your arrival time and tour reservation details again. If you are late for your arrival time, you may have difficulty participating in the tour. Any disruption to the tour due to late arrival will be considered your responsibility.
• Tour schedules may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions or other factors. In case of bad weather, we will inform you of availability the day before the tour, and if you cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• Bikini Island sometimes appears above the water due to the ebb and flow of the tide, but sometimes it sinks below the water. However, the water depth is usually about 30cm to 80cm, and the water level may vary depending on weather conditions.
• For your safety, please be sure to wear a life jacket and aqua shoes during the tour.
• You are responsible for any accidents that occur while taking drugs, alcohol, or drugs that cause drowsiness.
• Pregnant women cannot participate, and people with health problems cannot participate.
• The tour party is responsible for any loss caused by negligence during the tour.
• Any accidents caused by your own carelessness during the tour are the responsibility of the tour party. In particular, infants, children, and the elderly require the attention of their guardians.
• Please bring simple personal items such as a towel, swimsuit, aqua shoes, sunscreen, and a camera.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.

• General group cancellation policy (based on 1 to 15 people)
If canceled 3 days before the tour: full refund possible
When canceled 2 days before the tour: 20% cancellation fee of the total tour price will be charged.
If canceled 1 day before the tour: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price will be charged.
If canceled on the day of the tour: No full refund

• Small group group cancellation policy (based on 16 to 30 people)
If the tour is canceled 7 days before the tour: Full refund possible
If the tour is canceled 6 days before the tour: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price will be charged.
If canceled 5 days before the tour: No full refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
