What to Remember
- The Carrera show is fully open.
- Customers cannot select their seats and reservations will be randomly assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Infants under 2 years old can attend for free, but no seats are provided. If traveling with an infant, please purchase an additional infant option.
- Please be sure to check the confirmation email sent to you upon confirmation of purchase. (Present QR code upon entry)
- Entry may be restricted after the performance begins.
- The concert hall is always air-conditioned. We recommend bringing extra clothing.
- If less than the minimum number of guests are invited, the performance may be cancelled.
- You can use the vacant parking lot across from Sandcastle Theater. (Free parking when presenting Sand Castle ticket)
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
If canceled 2 days before the date of use: No full refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
