Thanks to you, I enjoyed the game. However, I don't think I'll make a reservation here next time. 1. First of all, the ticket was sent too late... I doubt if the reservation was made well because there was no word until the day before the game. 2. The ticket has a Spanish person's name written on it. If that's the case, why do they ask for my personal information..? If it had written that the name might not be included, I wouldn't have known. They asked for sensitive information like my name, passport number, and date of birth, but they actually gave me someone else's ticket. 3. I chose Category 1 Superior. It was from 100 to 400, but they gave me the last seat in the 400s. I know it's random, but I can't help feeling disappointed. 4. Most importantly, it was too expensive. It was a steal, 3-4 times the original ticket price. I could have easily found it on the official website, so I really regret making a reservation here in advance. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought it here.

The worst agency that gives tickets on the day of the match, I absolutely do not recommend it^^ They said they would send the tickets 1-3 days before the match, so I trusted them and waited until the night before the match in Madrid. I didn't hear anything,,, Eventually tried to contact WAG,, They didn't answer the phone because it was not business hours ㅋㅋㅋ I also called a foreign number that they told me to call if there was a problem, but they didn't answer ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I thought I was scammed, so I just bought the tickets somewhere else and went to sleep,,, I couldn't just wait all the way there and not be able to watch the match,,,, I contacted the agency that I bought tickets from for another match, and they sent the tickets right away;;; When I woke up in the morning, they had sent the tickets to my email. They didn't say anything like "I'm sorry for being late." The seats were also really bad,, I just didn't use it. There was no point in making a reservation months in advance. I didn't want to go all the way overseas to fight, and it was annoying, so I just left it alone. I was the only one who would lose out,, They never said anything like "I'm sorry." Never buy overseas soccer tickets from WAG. I absolutely do not recommend.
