Master 'Yamada Kazuyuki'' Chef Story

Chef Yamada Kazuyuki has built his career at 'Tokyo Takehatei' and 'Hana Koji Sawada' for a long time. After working as an instructor at Kyoto Cookery School, he was involved in the new opening, cooking, and operation of various restaurants for 18 years. In November 2017, he established 'Oryori Yamada' to provide delicious food to customers with his extensive experience.

It is designed with a cozy Japanese-style interior suitable for enjoying the charming and delicate Japanese traditional cuisine 'Kaiseki'. There are 5 counter seats and table seats (private rooms: 2 - can accommodate a total of 4 to 15 people).

At Oryori Yamada, minors over the age of 12 must order an adult course, and everyone in the party must reserve the same course. Also, if you are wearing clothes that are not suitable for dining, such as shorts, slippers, ripped jeans, or t-shirts, you may be restricted from entering.

Finally, Japanese restaurants are strict about time reservations, so if you are more than 15 minutes late to the store, your reservation may be cancelled. We recommend that you arrive at the exact time you reserved.
