BESTDining at Wada in Sapporo was such a refined and memorable experience. I booked it while searching for Michelin-starred places in Hokkaido, and it absolutely lived up to the reputation. The dishes were beautifully presented, seasonal, and perfectly balanced — especially the seafood course, which was incredibly fresh. The restaurant itself is small and intimate, with a calm atmosphere that made the whole meal feel very personal. The chef was kind and even tried to explain some dishes in simple English. It’s not flashy, but quietly excellent. Definitely one of the culinary highlights of my Hokkaido trip!
