- Cancellation and change after confirmation of reservation (after deposit and payment): KRW 5,000 / per person / per tour
- Cancellation and change within 14 business days prior to the product usage date: 30% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 3 business days prior to the product usage date: 50% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 2 business days prior to the product usage date: 90% of the reservation amount will be charged.
