I love snorkeling so much that I chose this product that can be snorkeled 2-3 times instead of other cheaper products. However, snorkeling was only done once for 20-30 minutes. In addition, there were 12 people on the boat, but there were only 11 snorkeling equipment on the boat, and I was not assigned snorkeling equipment. When I asked the local guide for equipment, he didn't say he was sorry, he just repeated that he didn't have it. Also, it was said to be a cave snorkel, but it was a very small cave that did not have conditions for snorkeling, and there was not even equipment for snorkeling in the cave. There was also no program to replace cave snorkeling in case of failure. I went abroad for the first time in 3 years and I wanted to do my favorite snorkeling with great anticipation, but I am so disappointed. How can I be compensated?
