BESTThis is my first time using the moving service, and it is really convenient. On the last day, they pick me up at the hotel, and I go around and take the subway to the airport. How to leave your luggage at the hotel
1. Drop off your luggage at the hotel reception and say ‘Smile Luck’.
2. Enter the tracking code you received after booking your WAG on the Smilelugg tracking page.
3. Take a photo of your luggage and upload it to the Smilelugg tracking system, and you’re done!

1. Drop off your luggage at the Smile Luggage counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
2. Please enter the reservation code you received after booking your WAG on the Smilelugg tracking page.
3. Take a photo of your luggage and upload it to the Smilelugg tracking system, and you’re done!

What's Included
- Services according to selected options
- Delivery available times: 10:00 AM / 4:00 PM
- If you drop off your luggage before 10:00 AM, you can receive it from the hotel around 6:00 PM on the same day.
- Carriers dropped off between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM will be picked up around 8:00 PM on the same day.
- If you make a reservation at 4:00 PM but miss the delivery due to not dropping off the carrier, an additional fee of 200 Baht will be charged if you want same-day delivery.
- Delivery available time: 1:00 PM
- You must drop off your luggage at the hotel before 12:30 PM after check-out so that it can be picked up at the airport around 6:00 PM on the same day.

How To Use
- Print the voucher sent to your email or use the mobile voucher
- Present the voucher to the ticket booth staff and exchange it for a ticket.

2. Access the official website
3. When using a PC: Top right of the page / When using a mobile phone: Press ☰, then enter the code number in the TRACKING input field and confirm View image
4. Upload bag image to DROPOFF at the bottom View image
5. Check bag status View image

Cancellation and Refund
2 days before the date of use - No refund for same-day cancellation or no-show
Full refund for products that cannot be used due to natural disasters or company circumstances)
Cancellation/refund business hours 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
Cancellation/changes received after 17:00 will be considered as received the next day.
Reservation changes also follow the cancellation policy.
