If you leave your luggage before 10:00 AM, you can receive it at your hotel around 6:00 PM on the same day.
If you leave your luggage between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, you can receive it around 8:00 PM on the same day.
If you booked for 4:00 PM but missed the delivery due to not leaving your luggage, an additional fee of 200 Baht will be charged for same-day delivery.

You must leave your luggage at the hotel before 12:30 PM after checking out to be able to pick it up at the airport around 6:00 PM on the same day.
