Cancellation and Refund

• 100% refund if canceled 24 hours before the tour start
• No refund if canceled within 24 hours of the tour start
• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only for cases received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and cancellations received after that will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
