London's St. Paul's Cathedral is located in the Tate Modern above the Thames River. Therefore, there are quite a few ways to get there. The closest subway station is St.Paul's station on the Central line. However, it is also close to Mansion house station, which is a transfer station for the Circle line and District line, so you can decide which station is more convenient for you from where you are.

If you are traveling by train, it is also quite close to City Thameslink train station.

Meet the Organ Recital on Sundays

If you visit St. Paul's Cathedral on a Sunday, you have a really good opportunity. That's the organ recital that's only held on Sundays! A free concert is held for about 30 minutes from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and you can listen to a truly high-quality grand organ performance. In particular, the sound of the European pipe organ is really perfect.

The organ recital has a schedule that is set more than a year in advance, so check in advance and visit St. Paul's Cathedral.
 

Be sure to climb the Cathedral Dome

The highlight of St. Paul's Cathedral is climbing the dome and seeing the wonderful view! The city view from a high place is really beautiful. However, the road to the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral is more difficult than you think. First of all, there is no elevator. Therefore, you have to climb the circular stairs to get to the top of the dome. So comfortable shoes are essential.
