Departing from Terminal 2 - 3-Hour Access : The lounge is located on Level 4 of the Departures Level of Terminal 2 at London Heathrow Airport (next to the Terminal Transit Area). The airside lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared customs and passport control, and transit passengers who have cleared customs and security. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departing from Terminal 2 - 6-Hour Access: The lounge is located on Level 4 of the Departures Level of Terminal 2 at London Heathrow Airport (next to the Terminal Transit Area). The airside lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared customs and passport control, and transit passengers who have cleared customs and security. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departing from Terminal 4 (Gate 1) - 3-Hour Access: The lounge is located on Level 2, Departures Level, Terminal 4, London Heathrow Airport (between Gates 1A and 1B, take the lift to the lounge). Airside - The lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared Customs and Passport Control and transit Customs and Security. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

T4 Departures (Gate 1) - 6-Hour Access: The lounge is located on Level 2, Departures Level, Terminal 4, London Heathrow Airport (between Gates 1A and 1B, take the lift to the lounge). Airside - The lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared Customs and Passport Control and transit Customs and Security. A connecting flight boarding pass is required.

Departing from Terminal 4 (Gate 2) - 3-Hour Access: From Terminal 4, London Heathrow Airport, go to the Blush Lounge on Level 2, next to the Plaza Premium Lounge. To access the lounge, take the elevator up near Gate 2. This lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared customs and passport control and transit customs and security. A boarding pass is required for access.

Departing from Terminal 4 (Gate 2) - 6-Hour Access: Go to the Blush Lounge next to the Plaza Premium Lounge on the second floor of the Terminal 4 departure area. To access the lounge, take the elevator near Gate 2. This lounge is located after security and customs, and your boarding pass is required for entry.  

Departing from T5 - 3-Hour Access: The lounge is located on the 2nd floor, Terminal 5 Departures, airside at London Heathrow Airport (near Gate A7). The lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared customs and passport control, and transit passengers who have cleared customs and security. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departing from T5 - 6-Hour Access: The lounge is located on the 2nd floor, Terminal 5 Departures, airside at London Heathrow Airport (near Gate A7). The lounge is located within the restricted area for departing passengers who have cleared customs and passport control and transit customs and security. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.
