• Essentials: swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, extra clothes, hat, sunscreen, personal expenses, etc.

• The first departure is at 9:30 AM, and the second departure is at 11:50 AM.
• The tour time is approximately 3 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes, including vehicle transportation.
• Please accurately fill in the date of use, email address to receive the voucher, contact information, and pick-up hotel.
• Infants (0-23 months) are free. If the number of infants is not specified and all the boat seats are full, they may not be able to board, so please make sure to check when making a reservation.
• Pregnant women and elderly people, please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
• According to U.S. law, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• If you feel unwell during the tour, please inform the staff immediately.
• As there are no separate changing rooms on the cruise, we recommend that you wear a swimsuit or beachwear and a simple top.
• If your accommodation is not listed in the pick-up information, please wait in the lobby of a nearby hotel. We will recommend a nearby hotel when issuing the voucher.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick-up time, and the pick-up guide will call the name of the person who made the reservation. Just present your voucher and board the vehicle.
• Please understand that it may be difficult to arrive on time as each hotel picks up in order.
  - If the pickup vehicle does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, please contact us by phone or KakaoTalk. (The local emergency contact number will be disclosed on the voucher after the reservation is confirmed.)
• Please make sure to check the pickup time on your voucher and be sure to contact the local contact number on your voucher in case of an emergency.
• Since this is an activity that must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian, there is no age limit if you participate with a guardian. Please pay special attention to the safety of your children.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
