I made a reservation without knowing that it was only available at the airport, and I couldn't get a refund and just lost my money. Please refund me at least half of it. It would have been too much. It would have been better if you had at least announced the location clearly, but the location isn't listed and it says that only transfer passengers can use it, so I'm confused and it's hard to find.

I made an urgent reservation on the same day because I had an early morning flight the next day, but I had no choice but to stay until 8 p.m. I made a reservation because I didn't want to sleep out at the airport, but it's a bit weird that it only lasts until 8 p.m. I made a reservation at 4:30 and tried to cancel it less than 5 minutes later, so they said I absolutely couldn't do it. Please refer to this before making a reservation. No matter how wrong I may have been, there is absolutely no flexibility in my response. I lost my money without even getting into the hotel room.

I mistakenly made a terminal reservation wrong, but I could not stay because I could not change the reservation. I understand that the refund policy is the same, but I think I can handle it flexibly. 
 The last time I stayed at Terminal 2, there was dust and hair under the bed. I did not have a window to clean the bottles left by the last guest. I did not have windows and it was too small. I would not use it when I come to Korea. The price is also expensive.
